Mona Magick makes no representation in the respect of the 100%. accuracy and quality of information and does not have control over the content of outside of any reading. Mona Magick cannot accept responsibility for the relevancy or accuracy of the content given, implied or expressed as to the suitability of the content for any purpose.
Mona Magick requires a minimum of 24 hours notice to change or cancel your appointment. Failure to do this will result in loss of payment.
Mona Magick provides guidance & advice which will help you on your own judgement or decisions concerning situations and or questions you have posed for yourselves. Mona Magick has a very high ethical standards, all readings are treated with the stricter of confidence & you must be over 17 years old.
Mona Magick has the right to cancel your appointment outside our 24 hours cancellation policy if she feels fit to do so and a full refund will be given.
Any Consultant Readers or Practitioners outside of Mona Magick work on a self-employed, sub-contracted basis. Mona Magick does not assume and hereby disclaim any liability, loss or damages caused by any information, suggestion or advice provided, of whatever nature.
Consultant Readers and Practitioners if ever used are all tested and and it is believed them to be the best readers available if there is ever an overload of work for Mona Magick and a client is unwilling to wait.
Mona Magick reserves the right to terminate or block your access to the site and/or our telephone lines and/or any appointments at discretion, without notice or explanation, if you are, or Mona Magick suspects that you are in breach of these terms.

Customer Services
Refunds: Sometimes, Consultant Readers and Clients are unable to form a connection. In this case as long as you discontinue the reading within the first 5 minutes, we will fully refund the cost of your appointment.

Mona Magick will not be liable for any reason if This Site is unavailable at any time or for any length of time. This may involve restricting access to some parts of This Site to users.
The Services provided on This Site include one-to-one and telephone readings, teaching workshops and purchasing items from the online store via Witch Flame Botanica at WitchFlameBotania.com. You must be over 18 to use these services and when calling for a telephone reading you must be the bill payer or have the bill payer’s permission.
READINGS
To achieve best results from a personal reading or telephone reading with Mona Magick, Readers working independently and other practitioners I is advised and recommend you read through the Terms & Conditions prior to the reading. We want you to enjoy the experience of your reading with Mona Magick, however, if you are unhappy or not satisfied with your reading within the first 5 minutes please let Mona Magick and or the Reader that you are not connecting. Mona Magick will offer you a full refund immediately and your credit card booking fee will be refunded within 30 days of your appointment if not immediately.
If you are on medication or abusing drugs or alcohol or suffering from mental illness, your mental and emotional clarity could also affect the clarity of the reading and in such circumstances we do not recommend that you have a reading. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Whilst all readings are given in good faith some information may represent an opinion or judgement. Mona Magick cannot guarantee the accuracy of the information given during the reading or from information within This Site. Under current English Law Mona Magick is obliged to advise you that all readings are carried out for entertainment and experimental purposes only.
Whilst reference may be made during a reading to a medical condition, Mona Magick or any affiliates do not provide medical advice, counseling or other professional services or advice and shall not be held liable or responsible to any person or entity for any loss or damage caused, or alleged to have been caused, directly or indirectly, by or from any guidance given during a reading, on This Site or in any related publications.
If you have any medical conditions that you are concerned with, we recommend that you seek professional medical advice. Any reference made during a reading to a medical condition is not a substitute to treatment by the medical profession.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless The Company, its employees, officers, directors, affiliates, consultants, agents and all other individuals and organisations providing services on behalf of The Company from any and all third party claims, liability, damages and/or costs, including, but not limited to, legal fees arising from (a) your use of any part of Our Site, Site Material, products or related services or any information posted by you on Our Site; (b) your use of any Submitted Materials, products or services offered by third-parties through Our Site, including, without limitation and damage to any software or hardware as a result of any viruses; (c) your download and/or use of any of the software available for download through any part of Our Site; (d) the suspension or termination of your Membership as provided in this Agreement; or (e) your alleged breach of this Agreement.

USER RESPONSIBILITIES
As a user of the Mona Magick Site you agree that you will provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as requested by the registration process and that you will update the information as necessary to maintain its accuracy. PRIVACY
By accepting this Agreement, you expressly consent to our use of your personal information.
SEVERANCE
If any of these Terms and Conditions should be deemed invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction then such Terms and Conditions shall be severed and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall survive and remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.
